It started at a farmer's market in Kerala
A jar of raw forest honey. Amber, crystallized at the edges, with a depth of flavour unlike anything from a supermarket shelf. We asked the beekeeper where it came from. He told us about the hills, the wildflowers, the months it took for each jar. We drove back with a car full of honey and a purpose.
That beekeeper is still one of our farm partners today. And that standard — knowing exactly where every drop comes from — is the standard we hold for every single product we source.
